Proteins in the kinetochore generate forces to drive chromosomes movement

چکیده
To accomplish the precise segregation of chromosomes, kinetochore must be form incentive interaction with motor proteins. Any error happens in chromosome led to aneuploidy that consider as main factor cause cancers and many birth defects. Kinetochore is a proteinous complex structure consist hundred It’s performed functions such it connects movement chromosomes microtubule, acts observer for biorentation, beside role segregation. In this review we described proteins content important these generating forces drive also clarified some experiments used identify support their functions.

Podosome rings generate forces that drive saltatory osteoclast migration
Podosomes are dynamic, actin-containing adhesion structures that collectively self-organize as rings. In this study, we first show by observing osteoclasts plated on bead-seeded soft substrates that podosome assemblies, such as rings, are involved in tension forces. During the expansion of a podosome ring, substrate displacement is oriented outward, suggesting that podosomal structures push the...
متن کاملMicromanipulation of chromosomes in mitotic vertebrate tissue cells: tension controls the state of kinetochore movement.
In mitotic vertebrate tissue cells, chromosome congression to the spindle equator in prometaphase and segregation to the poles in anaphase depend on the movements ofkinetochores at their kinetochore microtubule attachment sites. To test if kinetochores sense tension to control their states of movement poleward (P) and away from the pole (AP), we applied an external force to the spindle in prean...
متن کاملIntracellular and extracellular forces drive primary cilia movement.
Primary cilia are ubiquitous, microtubule-based organelles that play diverse roles in sensory transduction in many eukaryotic cells. They interrogate the cellular environment through chemosensing, osmosensing, and mechanosensing using receptors and ion channels in the ciliary membrane. Little is known about the mechanical and structural properties of the cilium and how these properties contribu...
متن کاملSpindle microtubules generate tension-dependent changes in the distribution of inner kinetochore proteins
The kinetochore forms a dynamic interface with microtubules from the mitotic spindle. Live-cell light microscopy-based observations on the dynamic structural changes within the kinetochore suggest that molecular rearrangements within the kinetochore occur upon microtubule interaction. However, the source of these rearrangements is still unclear. In this paper, we analyze vertebrate kinetochore ...
متن کاملPolar Ejection Forces Promote the Conversion from Lateral to End-on Kinetochore-Microtubule Attachments on Mono-oriented Chromosomes
Chromosome bi-orientation occurs after conversion of initial lateral attachments between kinetochores and spindle microtubules into stable end-on attachments near the cell equator. After bi-orientation, chromosomes experience tension from spindle forces, which plays a key role in the stabilization of correct kinetochore-microtubule attachments. However, how end-on kinetochore-microtubule attach...
